I’ll also be teaming up with my alter ego (get your head round that one) to bring you a bootleg. That’s songs mixed together rather than the live recording kind.

OK, I could’ve done a review for my favourite single out at the moment (Texas – Sleep), but no, I’ve decided that this is the sort of thing that needs publicity.

This is an official bootleg (one of them tracks that what I do), comprising of Leftfield’s Phat Planet (the one from the Guinness ad) and the Baywatch theme.

That’s right folks, the ultimate student’s tune gets a makeover. Now, I’m a fan of the Leftfield track (look out for a DeNeo mix in the future), so I’m a tad biased. But this is fantastic!
It takes something incredibly cheesy and gives it a hard undercurrent. Like all the best bootlegs, it improves on both the original songs.
Of course, to make this the ultimate cheesy tune they would have to have none other than ‘The Hoff’ on lead vocals.
We can but hope…
